1. Who is responsible for the processing of my personal data?

VC TECHNOLOGY, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 4,981.65 euros, with registered office at Le Malesherbes, 102-116 rue Victor-Hugo 92 300 Levallois-Perret in France, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 813 979 036 ("VC TECHNOLOGY", "we", "us", "us" or "our"), is the controller of personal data (the "Data Controller"). The Controller is the company that determines what your personal data is used for and how it is used. Therefore, personal data collected through cookies and other trackers on VC TECHNOLOGY's website and mobile application (collectively, the "Website") is processed by VC TECHNOLOGY.

2. What are cookies ?

3. What personal information is collected through cookies?

These internal cookies allow you to move around our website and use its functions more efficiently. These cookies also allow our website to remember your previous action during the same browsing session.

b) Third Party Cookies

We currently use 2 third party cookies on this website : Crisp and Google Analytics.

About Crisp

Crisp is an online chat tool that allows you to live-chat with us. It is provided by French company CRISP IM. It has access to the data listed at section 3 of this page. All data is stored in the EU as per their privacy policy.


About Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics cookies to collect web analytics data. Google Analytics collects information about your interaction with our Site, including information about the pages you visit and the duration of your visit to our Site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize ads on its own advertising network if you accept the use of our Google Analytics cookie. You can also opt out of making your activity on the service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. 6. How to block the use of cookies

There are two ways to refuse the use of third-party cookies:

a) Through our consent management platform

Then select "Always block".

7.  Personal Data Processing

By logging in into our websites you allow us to store personal data such as your last name, first name, phone number, email address, postal address, order detail, order history. This personal data will be:

  • Stored in our datacenters in Ireland (EU)

  • Shared with customer.io, a US based company that allows us to contact you by email. Our account is located in their EU region and all data is stored in the EU. See customer.io privacy policy
