Consumer's right of withdrawal

CertiDeal extends the legal right of withdrawal from 14 to 21 days after receipt of your purchase.

Right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send by e-mail or traditional mail, within the period provided in the preceding paragraph, a communication stating the customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. Such communication must contain the following information:

  • - indication of the product for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • - the order number.

Within 14 (fourteen) days from the notice of withdrawal (sent as described above), the Customer must return the purchased Product to CertiDeal by sending it to the address indicated by CertiDeal Customer Service to the Customer by e-mail.

The customer must follow exactly the instructions that he/she will receive in the document attached to the email sent by CertiDeal at the time of opening the return process in order to comply with the deadlines established for the resolution of the return. The costs of returning the product to CertiDeal shall be borne by the customer if he/she doesn’t use the return methods provided by CertiDeal. The customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from any handling of the product other than what is necessary to know its nature, characteristics and functioning: therefore, the customer must not remove any labels applied to the product.

CertiDeal will arrange for a full refund of the sums paid by the client (including the shipping costs incurred) without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which CertiDeal was informed of the client's decision to terminate the contract in the application of this law. This refund will be made by CertiDeal using the same means of payment as that used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties and provided that the customer doesn’t incur any additional costs in connection with this refund.

Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or modified. products already dispatched must in any case be returned in accordance with the procedure set out in the present article.
